Barely 24 hours after Kyrie Irving broke his jaw, he and the Cavs traveled into New York to take on the Knicks. Though without Carmelo Anthony, still a very capable of putting up a bunch of points and running a team out the gym.
The Cavs with their three masked men came up short by one point despite a 41 point effort from Irving which eclipsed his old career how by 9. At an attempt to not sound cliche, Kyrie was masterful under the bright lights of New York City even in defeat.
While there may not be much for Cavs fans to be happy with, you can take solace that Irving torched one of the best teams in the league for 41 and can watch it over and over again.
