Lardarius Webb Ravens Cornerback Out with Torn ACL

While the Baltimore Ravens sit atop the AFC North with a 5-1 record, they now are without their top cornerback Ladarius Webb who injured his ACL which will sideline him for the rest of the season.

Webb, didn’t allow a touchdown scored against him in the regular season during 2011, and was one of several players who suffered nasty injuries for the Ravens on Sunday.

The Ravens who were already facing the battle of an aging defense, now have to battle the rash of injuries that have occurred to them in Week 6.

Over the next 6 weeks the Ravens will face the Texans, Browns, Raiders, Steelers, Chargers and Redskins. 4 of those 6 teams have receivers that have big play possibility, so we’ll see soon how the Ravens will fare without Webb.
